BIMcon SUMMIT 2026 — International openBIM Conference
BIMcon is the annual conference organised by buildingSMART Romania, dedicated to AEC professionals who adopt and promote the BIM and openBIM standards.
To mark 10 years since the founding of the BIMTECH Association, we aim to offer a masterclass dedicated to IFC, IDS and open standards, bringing together the most prominent experts worldwide — both the legacy developers of IFC and the voices behind the latest technological and standardisation advances.
All in an exclusive format, addressed first and foremost to the friends, members and supporters who have stood by us throughout this decade.

An anniversary event, with limited seats
The 10-year BIMTECH edition is an exclusive format, addressed with priority to the community's members, partners and close friends. The number of seats at the InterContinental Athénée Palace is limited — tickets are purchased by invitation.

InterContinental Athénée Palace Bucharest
A historic landmark hotel in the heart of Bucharest, overlooking the Romanian Athenaeum and the former Royal Palace.
